Refund policy

At make it  POP CHIC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help! Please read our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: We accept returns on all full-priced items within 7 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. Returns must include the original packaging and tags.

  • Non-returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and any items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return. Please ensure that you carefully check the item description before purchase.

  • How to Return:

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at makeitpopchic@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

    • Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return in your message.

    • Once we confirm your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Refunds

  • Eligibility: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable). These include items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account again. If the refund is still not visible, contact your payment provider or bank. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at makeitpopchic@gmail.com.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at makeitpopchic@gmail.com with a description of the issue and any relevant photos. We will either replace the item or issue a refund depending on your preference.

We aim to process all requests within 7 working days.


If your return or refund request is approved, please contact our customer service team to obtain the correct return address and instructions. 

Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted.
We will not accept unconfirmed returns.
Returned items
All returned items should be unused, unworn, and unwashed. 
We do not accept worn, stained, damaged, or altered items. 
We do not provide freight-to-collect (FTC) service for returning the package; the return shipping cost will be at your own expense.
Refund
If your refund request is confirmed, we  will return the money to the account used to pay for the order in the currency it was initially bought in.


Can all items ordered be returned?
Our return policy applies to most items, but a few exceptions exist. Those listed below cannot be returned:

For hygiene reasons, tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, and masks cannot be returned;


Sample items;


Deliberately damaged items;
Items sent back for return more than 7 days from the date of receipt;
Items accurately printed according to the designs or tech packs provided to make it pop chic that the purchaser decides are not what they intended or no longer want;
Items deemed to no longer be required due to delayed delivery are delayed due to misinformation provided to make it pop chic , such as the recipient’s incorrect phone number or shipping address.
